Isabelle Filliozat is a psychotherapist, writer, trainer, lecturer. She is the author of more than 30 books including the bestsellers "L’intelligence du cœur", "Au cœur des émotions de l’enfant" and "J’ai tout essayé". She is translated into more than twenty languages.

She created Parent +, a collection for parents, as well as three collections at Nathan Editions to help children and teenagers develop their emotional intelligence.

Isabelle has led many training courses for thirty years in schools, companies and communities. She has trained coaches and psychotherapists to the approach she developed: the Integrative Empathic Approach.

Following the enthusiasm generated by her books in the field of parenting, she also created Ateliers Filliozat, to help parents and professionals on a daily basis.

A key figure in positive parenting in France, she was appointed Vice-President of the "Commission des 1000 Premiers jours" initiated by the French government in 2019, under the chairmanship of Boris Cyrulnik. Their report was submitted in September 2020.
